​How to use the GST InvoiceNow Dashboard and its filters?

The GST InvoiceNow Dashboard provides a centralized view of your GST InvoiceNow activities, allowing you to monitor invoice statuses, order processing, activation status, and document submissions. You can also use Search, Filters, Group By, and Favorites to quickly find and organize dashboard records.


1) Go to the Accounting application by clicking on its icon in the main dashboard or by using the application menu.

2) GST InvoiceNow Dashboard Overview.

The dashboard displays various summary cards that help you monitor your GST InvoiceNow transactions.

  1. GST InvoiceNow Activation – Displays your activation status, Peppol ID, registered company, and provides access to Manage Activation.
  2. Accepted Invoices/Credit Notes – Shows accepted invoices and credit notes, including unmapped, failed, and mapped records.
  3. Issued Sales Invoices – Displays the status of Peppol and Non-Peppol sales invoices (Ready, In Progress, Failed, and Done).
  4. Issued Purchase Invoices – Displays the processing status of purchase invoices.
  5. Invoice Responses – Tracks received and sent invoice responses.
  6. Aggregated POS/STI – Shows the processing status of aggregated POS and STI invoices.
  7. Aggregated PCP – Displays the status and total value of aggregated PCP transactions.
  8. Orders – Displays accepted and issued orders with their processing status.
  9. Order Responses – Shows received and sent order response statuses.

​3) ​ Using the Search Bar

At the top of the dashboard, enter a keyword in the Search box to quickly locate records that match your search criteria.


​4) Using Filters

The Filters option allows you to display only records that meet specific conditions.


Steps:

  • Click Filters.
  • Select Add Custom Filter.
  • Choose the field you want to filter (for example, Requires GST InvoiceNow).
  • Select the condition (such as is true).
  • Click Apply.

This displays only records that satisfy the selected filter criteria. Multiple filter conditions can also be added if required.


5) Using Group By

The Group By option organizes records into logical groups for easier analysis.


Steps:

  • Click Group By.
  • Select Add Custom Group.
  • Choose the field to group by (for example, Created On).
  • Click Apply.

The dashboard records are grouped based on the selected field, making it easier to review related transactions. Multiple grouping levels can be applied simultaneously.


6) Using Favorites

The Favorites option allows you to save frequently used search, filter, and grouping combinations.


Steps:

  • Apply the required search, filters, and grouping.
  • Click Favorites.
  • Select Save current search.
  • Enter a name for the saved search (if prompted).
  • Save the search.

The saved search can be reused later without reconfiguring the filters and grouping. You can also set a saved search as your default view if supported by your system.
