​How to configure the Product Categories in the purchase module?

​Configuring Product Categories in the Metro Purchase Management System is straightforward. Follow these steps to set up Product Categories in Metro ERP's Purchase App:


1) Once logged in, navigate to the "Purchase" module by clicking on its icon in the main dashboard or selecting it from the application menu.


2) Under the Purchase module, click on the "Configuration" menu in the top bar, and then select "Product Categories."


3)  Inside the Product Categories, you will see “List of Product Categories”. 

4) Click the "Create" button to add a new Product Category. The New Product Category form page will appear. You need to complete the following fields on the form:



5) After updating the required fields in the form, click "Save" to save the record.
