How to enable vendor warnings in Metro Purchase during the purchase process?
To set up vendor warnings in Metro Purchase, follow these steps:
1) Go to the purchase configuration settings and enable the 'warnings' option under the order settings. Remember to save the changes.
2) Next, navigate to the product form and open the purchase tab. Here, you can set a warning specific to the product.
3) Additionally, you can customize the warning message as needed.
Once you have configured the warning settings, you can proceed to create a quotation. Select the desired vendor and add the product to the quotation. If you have set a warning message for this particular product, a popup will appear displaying the warning when you add it to the quotation. This feature helps you stay informed about any important information related to the product or vendor.
