How to redeem the Coupons?
In Metro, managing Coupons is a feature provided by the Sales and Point of Sale (POS) modules. Coupons are a great way to offer discounts to customers and encourage repeat purchases. Here's how you can create, configure, and manage coupons in Metro:
1) Access the POS Module:
Go to the dashboard and select the Point of Sale (POS) module.
2) Navigate to Point of Sale > Dashboard > Open the Session.
Open the session you are working in.
2.1) Click on ‘Manage Coupon’ button provided at the bottom of the Products Page.
2.2) Now choose the option ‘Click here to Redeem Existing coupon’ to redeem the Coupon for the Customers.
2.3) Enter the Coupon Code and click on ‘Validate’.
2.4) On validation, the discount to the Product gets added to the Order.
