What is the pipeline view, and how does it work in Metro CRM?
In Metro CRM, the Pipeline View is a visual representation of your sales or CRM opportunities, structured as a Kanban board. It’s designed to help sales teams track, manage, and move leads or opportunities through different sales stages efficiently.
1) Go to CRM: From the main dashboard, click on the CRM app.

The Pipeline View is part of the CRM module in Metro CRM. It displays sales opportunities (or leads) as cards that are grouped in columns representing different stages of your sales process (e.g., New, Qualified, Proposition, Won, Lost).
3) How It Works
- Stages as Columns (Kanban Style):
- Each column represents a sales stage.
- You can customize these stages as per your business process.
- Opportunities as Cards:
- Each card represents a sales opportunity or lead.
- Cards show essential information like customer name, expected revenue, assigned salesperson, etc.
- Drag and Drop:
- You can easily drag and drop cards from one stage to another to update the opportunity's status.
