How can opportunities be marked as won or lost in Metro CRM?
In Metro CRM, marking opportunities as Won or Lost is a simple but crucial step in managing your sales pipeline. Here's how you can do it:
1) Go to the Metro Dashboard, Click on the CRM module.
View all your opportunities.
2) Click on the specific opportunity you want to update.
3) Mark as Won.
At the top of the opportunity form, click "Mark Won".
- This updates the opportunity as successfully closed and may trigger backend reporting or sales stage changes.
4) Mark as Lost
If the deal was not successful, click "Mark Lost" instead.

A dialog box will appear asking for the Reason for Losing the deal.

Select a reason or create a new one.
Finally, click the "Submit" button. This updates the opportunity as successfully closed as a "Loss" in the system.
