How can I generate reports and analyse sales team performance in Metro CRM?

In Metro, you can generate CRM reports and analyze sales team performance using several built-in tools. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1) Go to CRM: From the main dashboard, click on the CRM app.



2) Go to CRM > Reporting > Pipeline Analysis.

3) Use Filters and Group By Options.

  • Use the Filters (top left) to focus on specific:

    • ​Salespersons
    • Sales Teams
    • Stages (e.g., Won, Lost)
    • Date ranges

  • Use Group By to categorize:

    • By Salesperson 
    • By Stage 
    • By Expected Closing 
    • By Customer or Source



4) Choose Your Report View.

You can analyze data using different views:

  • Graph View: Bar, Line, or Pie charts

  • Pivot Table: For detailed breakdowns by custom metrics

  • List View: Standard table layout

5) Use Pivot Table for Deep Analysis.
