How to see POS order report?

The Order Analysis report helps to understand whether the number of orders placed by customers is increasing or decreasing. If you wish to see a graphical analysis of the POS Order Report, follow the below-mentioned steps.

  • Click on ‘Reporting’ from the top panel.

  • A drop-down menu will appear.

  • Click on ‘Orders’ from the menu.

  • A graphical representation of ‘Measures’ will appear.

  • Measures are categories that define the breakdown of order.

  • The graph of any measure can be viewed by clicking on the options from the drop-down menu.

  • E.g. Average Price Bar graph.

  • Sale Line Count

The graphical progress can be viewed in different styles. It allows you to compare different sets of data among different groups easily. It instantly demonstrates this relationship using two axes, where the categories are on one axis and the various values are on the other. A bar graph can also illustrate important changes in data throughout a period of time.

The different styles of the bar graph are as follows:

  • Bar chart

A bar graph can be defined as a graphical representation of data using bars or strips.

  • Line chart

A line chart is a type of chart used to show information that changes over time.

  • Pie chart

A pie chart is a circular chart or pie where the slices of the pie show the size of the data.

  • Stacked chart

Stacked charts are best used when showing comparisons between categories.

  • Descending

A graph chat is sorted from highest to lowest data, then it is called a Descending chat.

  • Ascending

A graph chat is sorted from the lowest to the highest data, then it is called an Ascending chat.

The orders can also be analyzed in Pivot View. A pivot table is a powerful interactive data summarization tool that can automatically sort, count, and sum up data stored in tables and display the summarized data.

  • Click on the icon on the top right corner beneath the search bar to get Pivot View.

The Pivot View has two styles.

  • Flip Axis

The flip axis displays the data where months are set horizontally, whereas the products are vertical.
